Quiet room with garden view. Great breakfast, that you could take on the terrace in good weather. Also delicious dinner. Good starting point for exploring Brandenburg an der Havel.

Price / performance ratio is right. Rich breakfast. Very clean rooms. Can recommend it without hesitation.

Great service an overall staff. Quality and selection of the breakfast buffet was great and delicious. Restaurant (dinner menu) has excellent cuisine. Bicycles are safe in the underground car park.

For a 4 * hotel altogether not so great. Try not to get a room facing the street - with the windows open its very loud because there is a lot of traffic. Double bed has a terrible mattress.

The hotel is located in the middle of the old town - directly at the town hall. Behind it there is a continuous green area around the old town with connection to the Marienberg. To the front it takes only a few minutes walk. "Am Salzhof" there are great seating on both sides of the Havel. Different possibilities for hiking on and relaxing on the water.

The window did not close properly. Despite the courtyard location you can hear the cars from the road quite clearly.

The location of this hotel was great, right on a beautiful square in the heart of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the ease of transportation to other parts of the city.

From 22.00 clock the service at the bar was very slow. Drinks were only whe asked 2 times, staff at the bar unfortunately a bit disinterested and not particularly polite. Way too little parking spaces, to park large cars you have to walk 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

in our room there was no Wi-Fi

The coffee was strong and perfect, helpful and responsive reception, easy underground parking, wonderful breakfast with lots of choices, free coffee to take away.

had a fantastic birthday celebration in Brandenburg! Sorat Hotel exceeded expectations with their clean room, friendly staff, and delicious food. Easy access to main motorway and free wifi were also a plus. Definitely staying here again!

The hotel was perfectly located in the heart of the town, with easy access to various historical sites and attractions, making it an excellent base for our city trip. We particularly enjoyed the nearby churches and the Havel River with its tranquil lakes. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had friendly staff who went out of their way to make us feel at home. the food was exceptional, and we were impressed with the portion size and value for money.

Although there were a few good restaurants in the area, we found a shortage of quality places to eat, especially on Sundays and Mondays. We also noticed that the hotel was in a quieter part of town, which meant we had to walk a bit further to find some nightlife.
